The car stops. The AAA autonomous vehicle comes to get you. So?
Come, come now. AAA is only for members. If a big hunk of the
system fails, there could well be thousands of vehicles that are
suddenly inoperative.
IMHO, this is a concept only that is not rooted in reality. It
reminds me of the old "Mechanics Illustrated" visions of the future.
To wit, that we will all have flying cars zooming around in the air in
order to avoid congestion and not have to have roads to maintain.
Sounded great back in the day, but wholly unrealistic.
