Well, that's fair enough, but I'm calling it minor because (a) it's
temporary, (b) the Zune is strictly an entertainment device, and (c) it
apparently doesn't even require a fix (you just have to let the battery run
down and then restart it).

But whether we call it minor or not, the implication that this was some kind
of MS conspiracy to sell new Zunes was as lame as it was ridiculous.
