When playing music I just always used the volume indicator on the Musicmatch
Jukebox software. I honestly (and at least am willing to admit to this
ignorance) didn't realize there was a volume knob on the keyboard (or that
the knob I saw was for that purpose). Knob isn't labeled, unlike most of
the buttons on the keyboard. Thanks for the info about the locking device,
though now that I know this I can simply check and turn up the knob if need
be.
