I recommend crucial as well; just be aware that their scan is not always accurate (though it usually is). It thought an averatec laptop of mine had more memory slots than it did but that's the only mistake I've ever seen from the scan which I've used over a dozen times. Their online support was also excellent.

I highly recommend crucial; very good service and excellent quality of
memory. I have probably bought about half a terabyte of RAM from them over the past 5 years or so. Out of that, I think I had one bad stick, which
they replaced.
