Tom seemed to indicate lack of Mac support seemed to be a reason to not consider Garmin. None of the manufacturers seem to go out of there way to support the Mac. Very sad. This was true with both Firefox and IE. First I used Firefox and then realized it could be an IE thing. I thought I looked at the settings, I didn't see anything to allow/disallow the Active X control. I'll take another look and maybe re-install IE.
