I do not buy the lowest price if I don't feel good about the vendor. I'll spend an extra 1 or 2 percent for that extra security. That doesn't mean I avoid small vendors. Small vendors often work very hard to make their customers happy. I often Google the vendor to see if there are any serious complaints. >Don't buy a TV online... I did. I had no problems.
