If you read the article it says that TomTom has had this problem before and it may be that MS (although they act like asses) is going after a company that does not respect intellectual licenses.

I do not know enough about this end of it, but I want to see how this plays out.

Will it end up being like SCO Unix's lawsuit, or will it end up like Stack-it (sic I cant remember the name of the company)?
