If you are not sure then why do you feel compelled to chime in with 
something irrelevant? 

If you can keep the bile from going to your brain and pay attention, the 
story is that despite XP's EOL date being this month, MS is expanding 
downgrade rights to allow computer makers to ship PCs that have been 
pre-downgraded from Win7 to XP.

That is news.

This means that XP's EOL date must be moved far into the future.
