Don´t know about the subject line. Suspect that they are the Brazilian 
Portuguese accents... Will not use them again...One bank did not accept (yet) 
8. You are right. I used Firefox and they accepted it fine. The other accepts 
IE 6 and Firefox. You know where I am heading...
