open. Due to Graphic Converter I've pretty much stopped using Photoshop,

GraphicConverter opens very quickly after you pay for it and register.
Those reminders to pay for it are really annoying, aren't they?
It's one of the better shareware programs I've used, and is very easy to
use. Mac only.
