> Anyone ever rented records, CDs, ... Ever wanted to?

Anyone ever paid for XM/Sirius? What's the difference? (Well, other than
that with Zune Pass you get to pick the music, you get to keep some of it
permanently, and you don't have to buy special equipment to do it.)

Or how about Rhapsody? It's about the same price as ZP but you don't get to
keep ANY of the music.

Or, here's a different way to look at it. The average price of a CD is
probably about $15 and contains about 10 tracks. For the same $15, Zune Pass
gives you one CD's worth of music PLUS unlimited access to the entire
library. And the CD is custom--you pick the artists and the cuts.

Are you guys really trying to say that this is a bad deal? If so, can you
come up with any rational reason to say that other than it's an MS service?
