They announced they were going to do that long ago. Using those lower-
numbered channels will give them better range.
This is why we are being told to rescan for channels after the
switchover.

an outside digital antenna. Could get channels fine. Then when
analog was shut off, digital channels 7 (WJLA) and 9 (WUSA)
