Just remember kids:  Tom's completely uninformed, zero-experience
opinion is vastly superior than those with actual hands-on experience.
 They don't know what they're talking about.

Personally, I think this is great that Google is entering the market.
It gives consumers another choice in the market and anything that will
genuinely hold MS' feet to the fire and compel them to improve their
products is fine by me.
