An article in the Thursday Washington Post described how parents of children on swim teams are being "forced" into buying their children the same type of high-tech swim suits that are used by olympic swimmers, i.e., Michael Phelps These suits cost around $500 and are only good for about a half dozen uses at which point they begin to stretch and lose their shape, causing a swimmer to swim even slower than they would without the suit. I am at a loss for further words.
