The only difference is that Comcast, etc. believe it is their God-
given right to exclusively deliver these services to their captives/
customers. They don't want Netflix charging a lower price. If they
can fool us into accepting metered services that will be able to put a
tax on downloads from Netflix etc. That will allow them to rake in
huge profits without actually having to do any work.
