That's not the point. It was not broke and now it is. It represents the generally slovenly attitude towards computing that the NeXTies brought to Apple. The thing that makes M$ products so repulsive is that they are created by eighty-percenters. Apple used to be a company that would always sweat the details. They don't anymore.
