Oh? I've been using Outlook for over a decade. I must have received well over a hundred thousand emails by now, and, to the best of my knowledge, I've never lost one. My primary contact at one of the companies I consult for told me a couple of years ago that he had over half a million in his OL archives and had never lost any. I don't know what happened here (I've never used OE), but please don't just make stuff up. Has OL ever lost messages? Of course.
