You make the new nimh batteries sound like a Bad Thing. They aren't.
They're much improved, holding a charge lots longer.

Any sufficiently large current battery charger can charge one of these
in 15 minutes, but unless you have some great need for that, better to
just settle for 4 hour chargers (lower current=longer life). Get 4
batteries and you should always have power. Most newer chargers have 4
bays. Just make sure it's capable of charging ONE battery at a time -
this _should_ indicate it's testing each battery for actual charge,
not just charging on a timer.
