Really badly written article, linking to at least one other of the same type. It wants us to believe Al Qaeda is hiding around every corner in cyberspace waiting to steal from us. But the only real example it gives is of a guy that raised money legally - by taking out loans and credit cards.
I briefly visited the linked article that pulls a similar bait and switch. In a paragraph, it says some Second Life members want regulation, then continues the sentence to tell of a guy that hacked into a stock exchange computer and stole money. A casual reader could easily be confused into somehow associating Second Life with the theft.
