This just in from the National Safety Council: 28 percent of accidents involve talking, texting on cellphones. http://www.nsc.org/Pages/Home.aspx I would submit that since most cell phones today are not really phones per se, but rather wireless computers, it should be said for what it really is, that being using a computer while operating a motor vehicle.
