Betts, I do this constantly with Acrobat, but you appear not to have that, and I salute your rejection. An irritating program (no easy insertion of the international characters essential to my activity, and do not even bring up Illustrator). Tried to find a way to do your task with Preview, guess that's not there. Perhaps time to curse, then bite the bullet...
