Yes that's exactly what Steve said, zero product testing, none, zip...the phone should stay in the clean room up until delivered.
To the rest of us Steve said you probably don't need to test your product in the lions den and maybe taking it to a grocery store, out on the street...maybe a five and dime shop could be enough.
