Windows XP Pro Printer: HP Deskjet F4180
The printer has decided not to print any more black text. If I take any text document and change the color to blue or red from black, it prints beautifully. If I leave the text black, it does not print, however, all the graphics will print either in full color or in grayscale. Yes, I changed the cartridge. Any thoughts?
