OK, I've requested the following CVS surgery from sourceforge. When it's
completed, I'll have to do lots of cleanup work to make things work again,
but we should at least be in a happier place.

MOVES:
Move concordance files:

  mv harmony.1,v harmony.c,v harmony.cpp,v concordance/

Move libconcord files:

  mv Changelog,v INSTALL.linux,v INSTALL.mac,v INSTALL.windows,v
Makefile.am,v README,v TODO,v harmony.h,v hid.h,v libharmony.cpp,v
libharmony.h,v license.txt,v protocol.h,v protocol_z.h,v remote.cpp,v
remote.h,v remote_info.h,v remote_z.cpp,v usblan.cpp,v usblan.h,v web.cpp,v
web.h,v xml_headers.h,v libconcord/

Move libconcord directories:

  mv mac win libusb libconcord/

RENAMES:

Rename concordance files:

  mv concordance/harmony.cpp,v concordance/concordance.cpp,v
  mv concordance/harmony.c,v concordance/concordance.c,v
  mv concordance/harmony.1,v concordance/concordance.1,v

Rename libconcord files:

  mv libconcord/harmony.h,v libconcord/concordance.h,v
  mv libconcord/libharmony.cpp libconcord/libconcord.cpp
  mv libconcord/libharmony.h libconcord/libconcord.h

Rename snoop directory:

  mv snoop consnoop
