What I meant was "concordance --connectivity-test <filename>" option. When 
uploading a configuration file, Koncordance does contact the Web site - 
before and after the upload. (I stole the code from the 
function "upload_config" in concordance.c.)

So, am I missing something or is the "--connectivity-test" just that - a 
connectivity test for the remote & the Web site?
