I recently discovered "vbindiff", which is an application to visualize differences between two binary files. You can shift the files against each other and immediately spot changed bytes inside larger chunks of identical data. Quite cool. It is available in Debian, the homepage is at http://www.cjmweb.net/vbindiff/ Bye, Simon -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://simon.budig.de/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
