Hi all, I recently posted to this mailinglist regarding the upgrade of the firmware of my harmony 555. I was told that I might get some results if I booted the device into Safe mode.
I now have the remote in safe mode, and I have grabbed the latest version of concordance from the CVS. But when I execute for instance 'sudo concordance -s', it will show me this: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/downloads/control$ sudo concordance -s Concordance 0.13+CVS Copyright 2007 Kevin Timmerman and Phil Dibowitz This software is distributed under the GPLv3. Requesting Identity: 50% Error requesting identity Success! After that the remote just shuts down. and I'll have to unplug to have it rebooted. (or wait about a minute) Same is true if I try to upgrade the firmware with the --direct flag [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/downloads/control$ sudo concordance -F LatestFirmware.EZUp --direct Concordance 0.13+CVS Copyright 2007 Kevin Timmerman and Phil Dibowitz This software is distributed under the GPLv3. Requesting Identity: 50% Error requesting identity Success! Also, now it's in safe mode I see no way of getting it back to its original state. Can someone help me here? greetings, Marcel de Jong ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
