Yeah, that's the same result another user is getting as well. I seem to be
missing some magic piece for the 5xx series remotes.

I know what I need to figure it out, but I haven't emailed it out because I
haven't had time to write it up yet. For the adventurous, I need someone to
turn on usbmon in their kernel and send me the usb logs for what concordance
is sending so I can compare it side-by-side with the Windows logs I have.
According to the code, it all appears the same, but clearly SOMETHING is
different.

For those who haven't used usbmon and would rather not spend the time to
figure it out, I'll try and whip up some instructions soon.
