Hmm - I just re-read this. It looks like while you followed the build
instructions properly, you didn't read the README.

You have to download the config from members.harmonyremote.com and THEN
you open a dos box and THEN you call concordance.

You should get a file from the website called Update.EZHex, and you
would then call concordance from a DOS box:

   concordance Update.EZHex

Assuming you were in the same directory as Update.EZHex and concordance.

From above it sounds like you have a binary already, so I know see how
that will help you.
