I was able to get concordance to build and run on the MAC.  However, the 
downloaded file (LearnIr.EZTut) from the LogiTech WebSite appears incorrect in 
a couple of respects.  For example, when comparing it to a similar request I 
made on a PC, the file has no mention of the new command's name.  It also 
contains a reference to 'Winsock". This may or may be relevant, but does seem a 
bit out of place on a MAC. 

In any case, the bottom line was that concordance did not know what to do with 
the file. I am guessing concordance has no control over the contents of this 
file, but was hoping someone had some guidance. I was using Safari 6.0.2.
