C-u C-x r b opens a bookmark in a new buffer here. This doesn't work
for you?

I've changed the bookmark list command to accept a prefix as well, so
you shoudl be able to list the bookmarks in a new buffer in the next
release.

<number> M-RET will select the link. I don't think that's documented
anywhere. obviously it should be. C-RET opens in a new buffer.

Yes it should work. I seem to have introduced a bug: when a command
prompts for input then any text it tries to display in the echo-area
doesn't show up. so adblock-list-patterns shows nothing. I'm working
on fixing this.

adblock-add-pattern adds text to conkeror.adblock here. How are you
testing this? With about:config?
