Well I'm using the Vi bindings, but yes C-u C-x r b works in emacs,
turns out I'd misread what the universal argument was for.

M-RET is a godsend! It was driving me mad not being able to highlight a
link.

I'm testing adblock with about:config, the conkeror.adblock preference
doesn't even exist (and I've tested this in both Vi and emacs mode just
to be sure), the only conkeror preference is conkeror.rcfile.

If I create the preference myself no actual blocking occurs (I'm
assuming you're using the same format as the adblock.patterns
preference)
