Hmm. It should Just Work. It won't exist until you add a pattern with
adblock-add-pattern (Tho if i understand you right, that does
nothing). My only thought atm is to try uninstalling conkeror then
reinstalling it (i'm using commands since i dont know the vi keys for
them):

M-x help-page RET
hit the 'Reset Chrome' button
quit conkeror
boot regular firefox -> extensions -> uninstall conkeror
quit firefox
boot firefox
install conkeror.

I kinda don't think it's gonna make a difference though.

No, it just uses straight regexps. And actually if you put try adding
"fo+" it breaks conkeror so uh...ya. its maybe a bit unstable. try this:

firefox -jsconsole

does the console say "adblock loaded"? If not you have problems.
