I'm trying firefox -app and have a few questions.
1. Is there a run-with-engine page on the wiki? Everything I turn up
on a quick search for "firefox" is about compare/contrast/upstream.
2. Why might gmail-mode not get loaded automatically on startup under
firefox -app, when it does under xulrunner, and when other page modes
do load as expected? This is on OS X using both Firefox.app's firefox-
bin and MacPorts' firefox-x11.
