It looks like there is a service mark "HMS Connex". That's probably not a problem. BUT:
"ConneX is a pure p2p collaboration platform based on JXTA technologie". Open source, and available for download from SourceForge. For me, that pretty much nixes use of the name. Let me recalculate the totals with Jack's actual preferences and come up with the second choice, which I hope was vetted more carefully than this one.
