I'm going to run some basic hand tests on this tonight. Before it can be
merged, we'll need to hook it into the maven build also. So you'll need to
provide a pom.xml. If you aren't maven-savvy, I can give it a try myself, or
ask Piergiorgio if he wants to have a look at it.
Have you given any thought as to how best to test this connector? Is there any
hope of having the tests bring up a standalone OpenSearchServer instance
stand-alone, which exists only for the life of the test before it is shut down?
