Upgrading to the trunk version of fop fixed the problem. There was also an
issue with a duplicate copy of the 0.95 jar hanging around, so the 1.0 fop jar
might well have worked if I'd noticed that before. r1237495.
Next step is to look into whether output.xmap can be conditionalized to use
different fonts for different parts of the tree.
