I'd hoped to modify output.xmap to do the right thing for condition font
inclusion, but this is not going to work because the conditional here would
just change font registration, and we need to change font specification. We
really need conditionals in the forrest.properties.xml to make the right thing
happen.
Nevertheless I am certain that the parameters created by forrest.parameters.xml
are substituted somewhere to specify the font selection for FOP. That file can
be replaced by our own version with multilanguage support the same way I
replace the other files in Forrest. Will keep looking...
