we decided to call it OfflineMode compared to FlightMode. If you look back long enough you might even find FlightMode in the repository. Simple fact here is that we have to treat 3G as hard offline mode and some others like WiMAX and most likely also 5GHz WiFi because of regulatory rules. Mainly driven by airline regulations. However there are exceptions to it. And that is WiFi and Bluetooth and so it must be possible to re-enable this even while in offline mode.
