I've seen this patch several times already, and I think I pointed out the bug that it brings: When you set offlinemode to on, then the device will be disabled and their disabled state will be saved. Now you turn offline mode off, and all your devices are off (regardless of their states before tuning offline mode on). This is easily seen with the carrick UI.
