Hmm, I think the above paragraph is misleading. The FallbackTimerservers
are always added to the probe list just as last prio. Obviously, this
was already there
'... when there are no timerserver...' sounds more like they wont be
considered at all to me. Though I am not a native english speaker. So I
just might not get it :).

I applied the series. I only did a small cosmetic change in the comment
formatting in patch #2.
Patch #1 didn't apply cleanly because of the ACD changes which went in a
few days ago. Can you please check if I merged it correctly?
