How’s your hassling? Or what about your cross‐hatching, punch work, pastiglia and applied sanding techniques? If you would like to improve your skills in these decorative finishes. The Gilding & Decorative Surfaces Group are pleased to offer a three-day specialist gilding course hosted at Hare & Humphreys, London 19-21st June 2017, 10-5pm daily. The programme will expand your knowledge of decorative surface techniques associated with gilding. It is designed to build on the beginners gilding course we ran in 2016 and will be suitable for beginners or those with experience. The course is led by Rian Kanduth. Rian is a highly regarded gilder with 25 years’ experience specialising in all aspects of gilding. Rian teaches gilding at the City & Guilds of London Art School, and has successfully completed projects for both the private and public sectors in the UK and internationally. To increase accessibility fees for this course are being subsidised by the GDSG, and we request only one attendee per company or institution.
