> Be confident working on the full range of treatments, from box-making, in 
> situ repairs to binding reconstruction.
> Demonstrable experience in a variety of materials including leather, paper 
> and parchment.
> Able to work independently and also following specified instruction.
> Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confident working 
> relationships.
