I’m aware of photographies and movies showing the use of pesticides (DDT) on
people after WWII. I am looking for photographies documenting the practical
application of pesticides in museums, archives, historic houses and churches
(application of solid, liquid or gaseous pesticides with e.g. pump sprayers,
fumigation, positioning of crystals). Are there similar photographic
documentations of the use of pesticides in relation to treatments of cultural
heritage after WWII (repatriation of infested objects) by e.g. allied troops or
museum staff?

Any information will be appreciated and shared.

Joachim Huber
