We, the American members of the Association of North American Graduate
Programs in the Conservation of Cultural Property (ANAGPIC), urge you to
read the Statements issued by our respective universities unanimously
protesting the Trump Administration’s decision to repeal the Deferred
Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. We believe that graduate
studies in conservation should be available to all students regardless of
immigration status. We are proud of our mission to educate the future
stewards of our historic and artistic heritage and will continue to
champion on their behalf.
