Sale of the TRI-Funori Company

All of the assets of the TRI-Funori Company are being divested.

Rod Stewart & Masumi Suzuki, the company’s owners and product developers, are
now in retirement and wish to sell TRI-Funori to a dedicated conservation firm,
individual or institution that shares the view that the product has a useful
place in the field of objects conservation.

The overriding objective of the sale is to get TRI-Funori into the hands of a
manufacturer who will expand the market and ensure that the product remains
available to objects conservators everywhere. We believe that once its merits
are fully appreciated, TRI-Funori will find its way into the inventories of all
serious conservation labs and studios. We see this as a gradual process similar
to the way that the conservation product, B72, gained worldwide acceptance over
an extended period of time.

TRI-Funori has been well received by objects conservators in Europe and North
America, with a considerable number of testimonials. The product has been
purchased by dozens of private practice conservators and many international
museums, libraries and archives.

Briefly, TRI-Funori is a safe conservation product that is effective in a
variety of applications:

- As a fixative for friable paint on architectural surfaces or works of art.-
- As a light adhesive for works of art on paper, parchment and related material.
- As a poultice cleaning agent for delicate and ornate architectural surfaces.
- As a sacrificial protective coating that facilitates easy removal of graffiti
and other unwanted markings.

Extracted from two species of red seaweed that grow only in the Sea of Japan,
TRI-Funori is entirely organic. Transparent when applied, the product dries
matte and is fully reversible with water.

The research & development of TRI-Funori took place over a period of seven
years to the point where the valuable concentrate can now be consistently
liberated from the seaweed in a perfectly water-clear format. The product is
produced without the use of solvents or chemical bleaches, and is
environmentally friendly with a very low carbon footprint.

TRI-Funori’s unique production process involves highly efficient filtration
equipment that generates a viscous liquid (the concentrate), which is then
frozen and freeze-dried for packaging in one or two gram envelopes. Objects
conservators are thereby able to purchase a stable product with a long shelf
life, which they can simply rehydrate back to its water-clear viscous state as
needed for use. Information about the rehydration process is provided on the
TRI-Funori website.

The sale of the TRI-Funori Company includes the following assets:

1. The arrow and hexagon US and Canada registered trademark.
2. The domain name www.TRI-Funori.com.

have a very good relationship with the 300-year-old Japanese company that
currently supplies the all-natural feedstock.
8. The process manufacturing equipment used to produce the high grade
TRI-Funori product, which has an approximate value of $100K. Note: all
