Does anyone know of any private labs that offer FTIR analysis, preferably in the Los Angeles area? We have a client who is wanting some adhesive identified and he wants a method that is more concrete than UV. Because we are a private practice, we have to outsource our analysis and cannot do it in house. I know that many museums have their own FTIR equipment, but I also know that they all have to meet their own deadlines, so freelancing for a private client will most likely be a low priority. Therefore, an independent lab would be preferable, but if any museum is willing to analyze 8 samples, that would also be much appreciated!
