UCL History of Art: Fractional Teaching Fellow in the Theory and History of 
Conservation

A fractional teaching fellow is sought to deliver a module on the Theory and 
History of Conservation to second year History of Art students in the academic 
year 2018/19. The module is scheduled to be taught from 4-6pm on Tuesday 
afternoons from 1st January - 31st May 2019. In addition to this teaching, and 
the administration that comes with the delivery of undergraduate teaching which 
includes marking and the preparation of learning materials, the successful 
candidate may be asked to supervise undergraduate dissertations.

The successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent expertise, specialist 
knowledge and professional experience in a field relevant to the history of 
conservation and a command of relevant theoretical discourses with art history.
The post is fixed term on 0.23FTE, equivalent to 8.4 hours per week, from 1st 
January - 31st May 2019. Closing date is 7 July 2018.
