The OZ Museum in Wamego, Kansas has a number of artifact pieces which are made with a silver metallic fabric. We are finding the fabric and adhesive tends to break down and separate from the base, both in storage and display. The fabric becomes very sticky. Has anyone else ever had experience with this type of fabric? We would appreciate any expertise and advice for proper storage or preservation of this type of material.
