If we have plans for this, it's news to me.

Clearly we'll need to raise this somewhere we could actually get budget
for it, and it would be a strategic decision.

Obviously not going to happen this quarter, for that reason.  So we
might want to go ahead with a plan for an ad-hoc registry which we don't
publish the login information to.
